Happy 4/20!!

What up Folks! Happy 4/20, otherwise known as the "Happy People's Day". In a perfect world I would have celebrated with the masses...or at least with the people with flexible work hours or just flat out with no job at all. To Party was the plan, but work had other ideas. Let's just say that today was a really long day and very unfestive in the spirit of 4/20. That was the bad news, the good news is work is over and you already know how it's gonna go down. Because tonight...it's going down.

For too long the fans of mine have been without cool Mic Doja gear to sport and represent with. That is about to change. Re-Lifting "The Rise"

For the album that helped put my name out there online and in the streets, it's getting a new life. With one album on the way, don't think for a minute that I'm sitting back basking in glory of achievement. Not at all. I still got the "Unorthodox: The Re-Shape & The Wrath" album on the burner. Which I might add is a double CD album. Even though my plate is kind of full, I've been really wanting to release a revised version of "The Rise". A lot of the album was written quite awhile before I actually decided to release an album. There were also number of tracks that were going to go on the album but just didn't make it in the end. The revised version dubbed, "The Rise II" will feature some unreleased tracks as well as some remixes to some of the original tracks that made the album as great as it was. The original version was definitely good but the new version is gonna be even better with both mix and production. With that in mind if you're an artist and you would like to get on a track from "The Rise" to remix..holla at me. I'm thinking there's gonna be quite a few remix versions, which should make the album pretty fun to listen to.

The A.L.I.E.N. is coming

What up 805! It's your man Doja putting the word out. It's been a minute since last speak, but you all know how it is when you're on your grind. Anyways, a lot of new things going down right now. I got a brand new album in the works. My man Whitty is putting the polish on the mix right now before I send it out for mastering. Boy do I gotta tell ya I'm excited! The last album was dope, but this right here.....this right here my peoples...is CLASSIC! I'm not going to get into too many details at the moment, but I really can't wait to see...and hear the end product. Shout out to my man Jack on the album graphics too!
Also on another tip keep your ears open for updates on an upcoming project to do a music video. This would be the first official Mic Doja music video so you know I gotta come with something different, like my music. I'm not sure what song that I'll be making a video for, but I'm definitely open to suggestions.
